Bets.io is a crypto-focused online casino with a sportsbook attached. Its about page describes it as built by crypto enthusiasts, with “17,000+ games”, provably fair titles, weekly races and support for a dozen coins. The site is owned and operated by TESSERA LIMITED S.R.L., according to the footer on every page. This review covers the casino side; the sportsbook has its own welcome offer and you can only choose one at sign-up.

For Indian players, Bets.io is more useful than most crypto casinos for three reasons. First, the Indian rupee is in the currency list in the terms and conditions, and every bonus rule quotes a rupee figure, from the ₹300 minimum deposit to the bonus caps. Second, there is a Hindi version of the site at bets.io/hi, where the home page shows the welcome offer as “225% + 225 FS, ₹3 मिलियन तक”. Third, the live lobby features Indian games by name, including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti and a roulette table with a Hindi-speaking dealer.

The weak spots are Indian payment methods and some of the bonus small print. UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are not mentioned on any page we could read, and the rupee maximum bet while wagering the welcome bonus is only ₹47. India is not on the restricted-country list in the terms or on the about page.

Welcome bonus breakdown

The casino welcome package is split over your first three deposits, and each part needs its own bonus code entered before you deposit. The promotions page headline is “225% + 225 FS up to 1 BTC”; the Hindi home page shows the same offer as up to ₹3 million. The detailed rupee figures below come from the bonus terms and conditions page.

In crypto, the same caps are 1 BTC (30,000 USDT), 1,000 USDT and 500 USDT. The third-deposit rupee cap of ₹11,850 is much lower than the 500 USDT figure next to it, so check the cap shown in your cashier before relying on it.

The 40x basis is the good news. It applies to the bonus (and free-spin winnings), not to the deposit plus bonus. On a ₹10,000 first deposit you would get a ₹10,000 bonus and need ₹4,00,000 in slot bets to clear it. Our wagering requirements guide walks through the maths.

The bad news is the combination of a very low max bet and a short deadline. At ₹47 a spin, ₹4,00,000 of wagering takes more than 8,500 spins, all inside seven days. The 5x cap on deposit-bonus winnings also limits the upside. In practice, the welcome offer suits small deposits and patient slot play, not big swings. The terms do let you cancel a bonus at any time without losing your real-money balance, though bonus funds and their winnings are removed.

High roller option

There is a separate high roller welcome package (code VIP125 on the first deposit), advertised as 300% + 300 FS up to 35,000 USDT. It needs a first deposit of at least 1,000 USDT and carries 40x on the first deposit and 35x on the second and third high roller bonuses. The rupee minimums in that section of the terms don’t line up with the USDT figures, so treat this as a crypto offer.

The loyalty programme has five statuses (Bronze to Diamond) across 50 levels. Points come from real-money bets, and from Silver status they can be exchanged for cash with a 3x wagering requirement. Status rises also trigger a Wheel of Fortune reward.

The about page claims more than 17,000 games, while the site’s own search-engine data describes “5000+”. We couldn’t count the full lobby, so we treat the exact number as unconfirmed; either way, the library is large.

Providers named on the about page include Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Evoplay for live games, and Amatic, Atmosfera, Authentic, EGT Digital, ELK, Blueprint, Merkur, Felix Gaming, NetEnt, Gamomat, Oryx, Golden Hero, Playtech, Push Gaming, Quickspin, Red Tiger, Relax, Swintt, Thunderkick, Yggdrasil and Turbo Games. In the Hindi lobby we also saw titles from Ezugi, Winfinity, Beterlive, Spribe, InOut, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, BGaming, Belatra and Platipus.

Bets.io is built around crypto, and that’s the clearest route for Indian players. INR is supported as a currency, but the site doesn’t name any Indian payment methods.

Deposits

The minimum deposit per transaction is ₹300, or 5 USDT, 0.0001 BTC and equivalents. Bets.io says it charges no internal deposit fee unless the cashier shows one, but network, bank and conversion fees are yours to pay. Third-party payments are not allowed, so any card, wallet or account must be in your own name.

All withdrawals go through verification, and the terms allow requests for ID, source of funds or bank statements. An account with no login for 180 days can be charged a dormant account fee of USD 10 a month, after 30 days’ notice.

Mobile experience

Bets.io does not have an app-store app. Its Hindi FAQ says it offers a progressive web app (PWA) that takes phone and tablet users to the mobile version and looks like an installed app, without a download or using much storage. The site has a mobile header layout and the same menus, cashier and Hindi option on a phone.

Because it runs in the browser, the PWA should work on both Android and iPhone, and you avoid installing files from outside an app store. The trade-off is that features like push notifications depend on your browser.

We score mobile 7.0: a working PWA and a mobile site, but no native app.

Customer support

The about page says support runs 24/7 by email and live chat, with a knowledge base reachable from the chat widget. The support page itself only shows a contact form and the address support@bets.io, and the chat widget did not load in our text-only checks.

Hindi

The Hindi site is a real plus: the home page, menus, promotions banners and FAQ are translated. The detailed bonus terms and T&C we read were in English. Bets.io doesn’t publish which languages its agents speak; one third-party review lists Hindi for live chat, but we couldn’t confirm that on the official site. Responsible gambling tools

The responsible gaming page recommends setting your own deposit and time limits, links to a self-assessment test and explains self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is requested by emailing support, for a period between six months and five years, and cannot be undone during that time. Our verdict

Bets.io is one of the more India-aware crypto casinos we have looked at. The rupee is in the terms, the bonus rules quote rupee figures, there is a Hindi version of the site and the live lobby has Andar Bahar, Teen Patti and Hindi-dealer roulette. Wagering is 40x on the bonus only, cashback is generous with just 3x wagering, and withdrawals are advertised at around 30 minutes.

The catches are real, though. UPI and Paytm aren’t listed, so you’ll be using crypto or whatever the cashier shows for an INR account. The welcome bonus’s ₹47 max bet, seven-day deadline and 5x win cap make it hard to get much from. Withdrawal limits also start fairly low for new accounts.

If you already hold crypto and mainly want slots and Indian live tables with a Hindi interface, Bets.io is worth a look; consider skipping the welcome bonus if you prefer live games or larger bets.
