Live Casino Guide for India: Games, Etiquette and Providers

How live dealer casino works, the Indian favourites from Teen Patti to Andar Bahar, table etiquette, bet limits, and which reviewed casinos list Evolution or Ezugi.

Guide, published

Live casino brings a real dealer, a real table and a real shoe of cards to your phone. For many Indian players it is the closest online match to a familiar card game with friends, and titles like Teen Patti and Andar Bahar have become fixtures in live lobbies. This guide covers how live games work, which ones Indian players tend to favour, how to behave at the table, and which casinos we have reviewed list the main live providers.

How live dealer games work

A live game is filmed in a studio and streamed to you in real time. The dealer handles physical cards, wheels or dice, and software reads the result (through card scanners or wheel sensors) so bets settle automatically.

The flow is usually the same:

  1. Betting window opens. A countdown timer shows how long you have, often around 10–20 seconds.
  2. You place chips by tapping the betting areas on screen.
  3. Bets close and the dealer deals, spins or rolls.
  4. Results settle and winnings land in your balance before the next round.

Because rounds run on a timer, live games are slower than slots or RNG tables. That pace is part of the appeal, and it also makes it easier to keep track of what you are spending.

Indian favourites in the live lobby

Teen Patti

The three-card game many of us grew up with, played against the dealer in its live casino form rather than against friends. Hand rankings will feel familiar. Our Teen Patti guide explains the rules and side bets.

Andar Bahar

One of the simplest games going: a joker card is shown, and you bet whether a matching card will land on the Andar or Bahar side. Rounds are quick. See our Andar Bahar guide.

Dragon Tiger

Two cards, one for Dragon and one for Tiger; the higher card wins. It is essentially a one-card version of baccarat and plays very fast. Read our Dragon Tiger guide.

Roulette

Classic European roulette plus multiplier variants. Lightning-style tables add random multipliers to straight-up numbers but usually pay less on ordinary wins to compensate. See Lightning Roulette.

Game shows

Money-wheel shows with bonus rounds, presented like TV. They are entertaining but tend to carry a bigger house edge than blackjack or baccarat. Our Crazy Time guide breaks down the wheel segments.

Blackjack and baccarat round out most lobbies, and both are covered in our game guides.

Live casino etiquette

Live tables are shared spaces. A few habits make the experience better for everyone:

  • Bet within the timer. Don’t ask the dealer to wait; the round runs on a clock.
  • Keep chat polite and brief. Dealers are working a shift and may be reading dozens of messages.
  • No personal details. Never type your name, phone number, account ID or payment information into chat.
  • Don’t blame the dealer. They don’t control the cards or the wheel.
  • Use the history panel for past results, but remember every round is independent. A string of Bahar wins does not make Andar “due”.
  • Check your connection. A weak signal can drop you mid-round. Your bet normally stands and settles even if you disconnect, but you won’t see it happen.

Bet limits: what to expect

Every live table shows a minimum and maximum bet, usually in the table info or as you hover over the table in the lobby. These are set per table and can differ between casinos running the same game.

As a general pattern:

Table typeTypical character
Standard tablesLow minimums, suited to casual play
Game showsLow minimums, many betting spots per round
VIP / high-roller tablesHigh minimums, often limited seats
Side betsSeparate, usually lower maximums

Example only. If you set a ₹2,000 budget and a table’s minimum is ₹50, you have 40 minimum bets. If you place three bets a round, that is about 13 rounds. Working this out before you start helps the budget last. Also check whether live games count towards bonus wagering: many bonuses exclude live tables or count them at a low percentage. Our wagering guide explains contribution rates.

Which reviewed casinos list the main live providers

The table below is based only on the provider lists in the information we reviewed. Provider lists are often partial, so a casino not listing a provider here does not mean it lacks those games. Equally, a provider being listed does not guarantee a specific table is available to you.

Evolution

Evolution (listed as “Evolution” or “Evolution Gaming”) appears for 19 of the 26 casinos we review:

Five reviewed casinos do not list Evolution in the provider data we captured, though most list at least one of the other live names:

EvobetNot listedNot listedNot listedYes
IvibetNot listedNot listedYesYes
King BillyNot listedYesNot listedYes
LussurioNot listedYesYesNot listed
OshiNot listedYesNot listedYes

Provider lists at these casinos can depend on where you check from. King Billy’s list was served to our checking location and did not include Pragmatic Play or Evolution, while Oshi’s footer links to Evolution and Pragmatic Play even though neither appears in the provider list we captured. Evobet’s live lobby lists Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, Andar Bahar and Dragon Tiger.

A note on Pragmatic Play and Playtech: both make slots as well as live games. Our data lists them as providers but does not separate their live studios from their slots, so a “Yes” here does not confirm that the live range is available. Del Oro is the exception, listing Pragmatic Live separately alongside Pragmatic Play.

Casoo is a special case. Pragmatic Play is in its provider list, but its terms name India among the countries where Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Nolimit City and some other studios are not offered. Evolution is not on that restricted list for India.

Ezugi

Nine reviewed casinos list Ezugi: Winz.io, Bizzo, Campeonbet, Snatch, Del Oro, King Billy, Lussurio, National and Oshi. Snatch is also listed with a live casino section of 350+ games, and National with about 440 live games.

Two of the newer reviews name Ezugi’s Indian tables directly. Oshi lists Ezugi’s Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, One Day Teen Patti Classic, Dragon Tiger and Namaste Roulette, plus Playtech’s Hindi Roulette and Andar Bahar, across 439 live games. King Billy’s live lobby shows Ezugi Andar Bahar, Andar Bahar 5000x and Cricket Roulette.

Casinos without captured provider data

For Bitguruz and Tsars our data does not include a provider list. Both list live casino and game shows as game types. Tsars also lists Andar Bahar, baccarat and sic bo, and Bitguruz lists baccarat, blackjack and roulette. Check their live lobbies for the studios behind those tables.

Before you play live

  • Check the table limits against your budget.
  • Read whether live games count towards any bonus you hold.
  • Make sure your connection is stable, ideally on Wi-Fi.
  • Decide your stop point in advance, as live rounds can roll on quickly once you settle in.

Frequently asked questions

What is a live casino?

A live casino streams real dealers running real tables from a studio. You place bets through on-screen buttons and watch the cards, wheel or dice in real time, rather than relying on a random number generator animation.

Which reviewed casinos list Ezugi?

In our data, nine casinos list Ezugi among their providers: Winz.io, Bizzo, Campeonbet, Snatch, Del Oro, King Billy, Lussurio, National and Oshi. Provider lists can be partial, so check the live lobby at any casino for the exact tables.

Can I chat with the dealer?

Most live tables have a text chat. Dealers usually read it and may reply out loud. Keep messages short and polite, and never share personal or account details in chat.

How much do I need to play live casino?

Minimum bets vary by table and by casino. Many tables have low minimums, while VIP tables start much higher. Always check the limits shown on the table before you sit down.
