Overview

Lussurio is a young casino operated by Goodwin N.V. One detailed third-party review gives a 2025 launch, which makes it one of the newer brands on our list. It runs on a modern single-page site with a dark, purple-and-pink look, a large slot library, live dealer tables, tournaments and a cashback scheme. A sportsbook address is configured on the site, but sports betting was switched off when we checked.

For Indian players the interesting detail is in the cashier. The fiat currency list that Lussurio’s own site uses includes INR among 22 payment currencies. The same data marks only EUR and USD as playing currencies, so a rupee deposit is converted rather than held as a rupee balance. UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are not listed anywhere we looked. There is no Hindi option, but Bengali is one of 27 enabled site languages, which is unusual.

The main drawbacks are low withdrawal caps and a demanding welcome offer. The official Bonus Policy sets 60x wagering on deposit plus bonus, and the per-deposit caps, maximum bet and minimum deposit are shown only inside your account. Welcome bonus breakdown

Lussurio’s pages are a JavaScript app, but the text the site serves for its promotions page and its Bonus Policy can be read from the site’s own public translation data. That is the source for this section. The official material is less specific than you might expect: it names the offer and sets the core rules, while the exact match and cap for each deposit are shown only inside a player’s account.

The Bonus Policy also says the bonus details, including the match, deposit amounts, number of deposits, wagering and maximum withdrawal, “are all set in the referral link, or the promo code you use”. In practice, that means the pack you are shown can depend on how you arrived at the site, and figures quoted elsewhere for a particular link or code may not be what a direct visitor gets. Check the bonus card in the wallet before depositing.

What 60x on deposit plus bonus means

Wagering on deposit plus bonus is much stricter than a bonus-only requirement. Take a €50 deposit with a 100% match: you would hold €100, and at 60x you would need to place €6,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. On a slot with a 96% return, the expected cost of that turnover is about €240, more than double the bonus itself. Variance can still carry you through, but for most players the pack is better treated as extra playing time than as likely profit. The 24-hour registration rule is worth noting too. If you sign up and wait a few days before depositing, the welcome offer may no longer be available.

The total is capped at $60,000. Each VIP bonus is wagered 25x (deposit + bonus) within 10 days, free-spin winnings are wagered 40x with a $250 cashout cap and must be used within 10 days, and a maximum-cashout multiple applies to the bonus. Qualifying players also get a personal manager. If later deposits fall below $500, you keep the first-deposit bonus but lose the remaining VIP deposit bonuses.

Ongoing promotions

• Cashback: up to 20% in total, made up of 10% daily and 10% weekly cashback on net real-money losses, paid to the real-money balance with 3x wagering (Bonus Policy).
• Friday newsletter bonus: a 100% deposit bonus every Friday, using a secret promo code sent to players who subscribe to the newsletter at registration.
• Mystery Monday: secret promo codes and free spins.

Lussurio’s library is large. One detailed review counted 9,878 games from about 100 providers, with 8,165 of them slots, around 83% of the total. Other listings describe the catalogue as “thousands” of games. Demo play is available for non-live games, so you can try a slot before staking real money.

Providers

Named studios include Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Truelab, Amatic Industries, BetSoft and Big Time Gaming. The full list of around 100 providers was not available to us in a readable form, so we can’t confirm every big studio. Pragmatic Play’s presence is a good sign for popular high-volatility slots such as Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, but use the lobby search to check a specific title.

Live casino

Ezugi is particularly relevant for Indian players, as it is known for Indian-themed tables. We did not confirm specific Andar Bahar or Teen Patti tables at Lussurio, so check the live lobby. A note on volatility

The site’s own lobby has a dedicated High Volatility section. These games can go long stretches without a meaningful win and then pay heavily. They suit a bankroll that can survive a dry spell, and they are a poor match for clearing 60x wagering on a small deposit. Lussurio’s own cashier data lists 22 fiat payment currencies, and INR is one of them, alongside USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, BRL and others. The same data marks only EUR and USD as currencies you play in. In practice, a rupee deposit should be converted to EUR or USD on arrival, and bonus funds are held in LSU, pegged to USDT. Ask support which conversion rate is used before you deposit a large sum.

The caps are the real limitation. At about €1,000 per day, a larger win would take many days to withdraw, and with a pending period of up to 72 hours on each request, it could stretch into weeks. If you play at higher stakes, this matters more than the bonus.

Dormant accounts are also charged: an administrative fee may apply after six consecutive months without logging in. Withdraw your balance if you stop playing.

Mobile experience

Lussurio is built as a single-page web app, and the official site includes a web app manifest that lets you install it to your home screen in standalone mode. In practice that gives an app-like icon and full-screen view without an app store download. It works on iOS and Android with mainstream browsers such as Chrome and Safari.

We did not find a native app. One listing says an app is available but does not name a platform, while a detailed review describes the progressive web app only. One review also reports that the live chat window can crash in windowed browser mode, which is worth knowing if you need help mid-session.

To install it on Android, open the site in Chrome and choose “Add to Home screen”. On iPhone, use Safari’s Share menu and the same option. The installed version uses the same account and cashier as the desktop site.

Live chat is listed as 24/7 and available on the website, with replies under two minutes in one test. Email support is at support@lussurio.com, published in the site’s own configuration. There is no phone line and no prominent social media support.

Language

Support is listed in English. Hindi is not offered on the site, but Bengali is one of 27 enabled site languages, along with English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, Japanese, Indonesian and others. Lussurio is a well-stocked newer casino with a few features that suit Indian players. INR appears in its own cashier currency list, Bengali is available as a site language, and the Bonus Policy is published in full, including a VIP pack at 25x. The library is large, live game shows are listed, and the responsible gambling tools are self-service.

The trade-offs are significant. UPI and Paytm are not listed, so you will likely use crypto or an e-wallet. Rupee deposits appear to be converted to EUR or USD. Withdrawals are capped at about €500 per transaction and €1,000 per day, and pending periods of up to 72 hours make larger cashouts slow.
