Overview

National Casino launched in 2021 and is run by TechSolutions Group N.V., the company behind several other casino brands. It is a general-purpose casino with a large slot library, a strong live section and a long list of recurring promotions, from Friday reloads to crypto bonuses and a 15-level VIP club.

For Indian players, one feature stands out: the site has a full Hindi version. The official sitemap lists Hindi pages for the home page, help centre, rules, responsible gaming and nearly every promotion. That makes reading bonus terms in Hindi possible, which is still rare. Live chat runs 24/7.

The main gap is payments. INR is not in the third-party currency lists we found (although the official bonus terms quote rupee amounts), and UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not listed as payment methods. Most Indian players would need to use crypto or an e-wallet and accept currency conversion. We should also be open about our sources: National’s own pages load their content with scripts and showed us only a “Loading…” screen. We read the bonus pages and bonus terms through the site’s own public page service; other details rely on the official sitemap and on published third-party reviews, which disagree in places. Although National’s pages load with scripts, the promotion texts and bonus terms are served by the site’s own public page service, which we read directly. The figures below come from the official first-deposit, second-deposit, crypto and high-roller pages and the general bonus terms. The Hindi versions of the same pages quote the offer in rupees, so we show both.

On the first deposit, the 100 free spins arrive in two sets of 50: the first set straight after the deposit (the Hindi page says 23 hours after) and the second 24 hours later. The instant bonus round is a Bonus Buy in Big Bass Bonanza 1000; if Pragmatic Play is not available in your region, it is given in a BGaming game instead. On the second deposit, all 50 free spins are credited at once. The free-spin game itself is not named on the pages we read, and the pages do not state how long you have to complete the wagering, so check the bonus card in your account.

Crypto and high-roller alternatives

Instead of the standard first-deposit bonus, a player can take one of two other first-deposit offers:

• Crypto First Deposit Bonus: 200% up to €500 on a first deposit made in crypto, wagered 40x, with a €/$5 max bet.
• Highroller Bonus: 100% up to €750 on a first deposit of at least €300.

From the third deposit on, a 5% crypto reload of up to €100 (10x wagering) is available on every crypto deposit. For Indian players who pay in crypto, the 200% crypto offer is the one to compare against the standard package.

What 40x means here

At 40x on the bonus, the full ₹9,000 first-deposit bonus needs ₹3,60,000 of bets on eligible slots before it can be withdrawn; at euro amounts, a €100 bonus needs €4,000. The second-deposit bonus of up to ₹18,000 would need ₹7,20,000. That is manageable only for a regular slot player. The ₹400 (€5) max bet matters: going over it while a bonus is active, including through feature buys, lets the casino confiscate winnings. Other rules worth knowing: real money is used before bonus money, deposit bonuses don’t stack, a bonus can be cancelled before wagering is met (losing the bonus and its winnings), and you can change currency only after the first stage of the welcome bonus.

We score the bonus at 7.0. The offer is published on the official site, in rupees on the Hindi pages, with clear wagering, max bet and minimum deposit, and crypto players get their own 200% first-deposit bonus. The caps are modest, though, and 40x with no credit for table or live games keeps it from scoring higher.

Counts vary between sources: the text of the same review mentions “550+” live dealer titles, and the Canadian review gives 136 live baccarat and 15 live poker tables. Treat the figures as approximate.

Provider counts are also given in more than one way: 104 slot providers and 10 live casino providers, or “over 120” in total. Named studios include NetEnt, Evolution, Playtech, Microgaming, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Betsoft, Swintt, Belatra, Novomatic, Big Time Gaming, Felix Gaming, Ezugi, Absolute Live Gaming and Authentic Gaming.

Live casino

With Evolution, Ezugi and Playtech named, the live section should include the game shows and roulette variants covered in our guides to Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette and Monopoly Live. Ezugi is the main studio for Indian tables such as Andar Bahar and Teen Patti, but we haven’t confirmed those specific tables at National, so use the lobby search. Slots

Pragmatic Play is named, and Pragmatic prize drops appear among the promotions. Popular Pragmatic slots such as Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus are high-volatility games (we haven’t confirmed them in National’s lobby): long dry spells are normal, so size your stakes for them. A broad, well-known provider list gives a games score of 8.0.

Payments for Indian players

This is National’s weakest area for India. INR is not in either currency list we found. The international review lists AUD, BRL, CAD, EUR, JPY, NZD and GBP; the Canadian review lists the same set. UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not listed.

The 3x deposit wagering rule matters even if you don’t take a bonus: you can’t deposit and withdraw straight away. A withdrawal limit in euros or rupees is not published in our sources.

Getting money in from India

Without INR or UPI, the realistic route is crypto: buy coins on an exchange, deposit, and withdraw back to your own wallet. Binance Pay is listed, which can simplify the transfer if you already use Binance. With no INR, UPI or Paytm listed, National falls in our 3.5–5.5 band. Crypto and a broad e-wallet list put it at 5.0. If you want rupee payments, our best UPI casinos list is a better starting point.

Mobile experience

The international review says there is no dedicated app and that the site is optimised for mobile browsers, with 3,550 mobile slots. The official promotions sitemap, however, includes an “app bonus” page, which suggests an app exists in at least some markets. We couldn’t confirm an app for India in either store.

In practice, you can play in your phone’s browser. Adding the site to your home screen gives quick access, and the Hindi version works the same way on mobile. We score mobile 6.5: browser play is confirmed, while an app is possible but not verified.

Customer support

Live chat is listed as available 24/7, and the international review says chat is offered in seven languages; which seven is not stated. Email and a contact form are also available, along with an FAQ. Phone support is not offered. The contact address given in one review is in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The Hindi site

National’s official sitemap lists about 20 language versions, including Hindi, Korean, Arabic, Finnish and several European and Latin American versions. The Hindi version covers the home page, help centre, rules, responsible gaming page, about page and the full promotions list. Responsible gambling tools

The tools listed are self-exclusion and deposit limits. Sources disagree on a time-out option: the international review says it isn’t offered, the Canadian one says it is. Set a deposit limit when you open your account, and see our responsible gambling page for further help.

24/7 chat earns 8.0, and the Hindi site adds 0.5, for a support score of 8.5.

Our verdict

National Casino has a lot going for it: a Hindi version of the site, 24/7 live chat, around 4,200 games with 440 live tables, well-known studios and a long list of reloads and VIP rewards. The welcome bonus is clearly published, in rupees on the Hindi site: 100% up to ₹9,000 plus 100 free spins, then 50% up to ₹18,000 plus 50 free spins, at 40x with a ₹400 max bet.

For Indian players, payments are the problem. UPI and Paytm are not listed and an INR cashier is unconfirmed, so you’d likely deposit in crypto, where a separate 200% first-deposit bonus up to €500 applies. Withdrawal times and limits are reported differently by different sources, and deposits must be wagered three times before you can withdraw.
