Overview

Del Oro Casino (branded “Deloro Casino” in its own settings) runs at delorocasino.com and describes itself as “the top international online casino”, promising instant withdrawals, slots, crash games, live casino and high-RTP games. It also carries “Sportsbook” in its logo. The site is a single-page web app: almost nothing is visible until it loads in a browser, and the cashier and support pages sit behind registration. Bonus cards are the exception: the site’s public bonus list shows them in full.

For Indian players, two things put it ahead of most casinos of its type. First, Hindi is one of 16 site languages. Second, the Indian rupee (INR) appears in the site’s currency list and among the eight currencies it can display balances in (USD, GBP, ARS, JPY, INR, EUR, RUB and CAD). The main gaps are that UPI and Paytm are not listed anywhere, and that we could not read the cashier on the official site ourselves.

Because so much is hidden before sign-up, this review leans more than usual on third-party reviews published in 2026. Where those sources disagree with each other, we say so. The owner and launch year are not published on any page we could read, and the third-party sources give conflicting launch years, so we leave both out.

Our scores, explained on the methodology page, focus on how well the site fits Indian players’ needs.

Welcome bonus breakdown

The promotions page itself only renders in a browser, but the bonus cards it shows are served by the site’s public bonus list, which anyone can read without an account. That list is the source for this section. It does not label a separate “welcome package”; instead, the main offer for a new player is a 150% deposit bonus card marked for deposit #1, which can also be claimed on later deposits.

The 150% deposit bonus

TermWhat the bonus card says
Match150% of the deposit
Maximum bonus1,000
Minimum deposit20
Wagering35x, applied to the bonus amount
Wagering orderReal balance is used first
Maximum cashout10x the bonus; 450 for deposits of 20–30, 660 for 30–44, and 1,000 for larger deposits
Max betNone (“Play freely”)
Bonus typeNon-sticky: cancel at any time and withdraw your real money
Time to wager30 activity days
Can be used onEach deposit (deposit #1 onwards)

The card says the bonus “works with any currency” and does not name one for the amounts above. The site’s other promotions quote their minimum deposits in euros, so expect the figures to apply in euros or the equivalent in your balance currency, and check the card in your account. To claim, you press “Activate” on the card and then deposit. The card adds that players who want to deposit more can ask live support to raise the cashout cap.

Working through the numbers

A 20 deposit brings a 30 bonus and requires 1,050 in bets (35 × 30) before the bonus can be cashed out, with any bonus winnings capped at 450. A 100 deposit brings a 150 bonus, 5,250 in required bets and a cap of 1,000. At the top end, about 667 is enough to reach the full 1,000 bonus, which then needs 35,000 in bets, yet winnings are still capped at 1,000. In other words, the cap stops scaling once the bonus is large, so mid-sized deposits get the best ratio of bonus to potential cashout.

Because the bonus is non-sticky, you play with your own money first. If you win early, you can cancel the bonus and withdraw your real-money balance without completing the wagering. With a sticky bonus, the bonus amount would never be withdrawable. Our wagering requirements guide and welcome bonus guide explain both in more detail.

The 75% alternative and other promotions

A second card offers 75% of the deposit up to 1,000 from a 20 deposit, with 30x wagering on the bonus, 14 activity days, no maximum bet and the same 10x-bonus cashout rule (1,000 at most). It suits players who prefer a lower wagering multiple to a bigger match. A seasonal 80% Halloween card was also listed when we checked.

The public list also shows weekly reloads of 50% on Tuesday, 55% on Friday and 60% on Sunday (minimum deposit 20 EUR, with limits and wagering confirmed through live support), a weekly real-money cashback of up to 15% paid on Thursdays with no wagering, a loss-based bonus arranged through support, a refer-a-friend scheme and an invitation-only VIP Telegram club. The site’s menu adds tournaments, PvP “battles” and a loyalty shop.

Clear, readable terms, a non-sticky structure and no maximum bet are real positives. The cashout cap of 10x the bonus, flattening at 1,000, and an offer amount without a stated currency hold the score back. We score the bonus at 6.0.

Games and providers

The site’s menu splits the lobby into slots (“spins”), table games and live casino, with a most-popular section, recent and favourite games for logged-in players, and a shuffle-style randomiser. Its own meta description adds crash games and high-RTP games.

Providers

A total game count is not published on the site. One third-party review lists 3,834 slots. Another lists 52 providers, including:

  • Slots: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Quickspin, ELK, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, Playson, Thunderkick, BGaming, Endorphina, Wazdan, Kalamba
  • Live: Evolution, Pragmatic Live, Ezugi, BetGames
  • Crash and instant: Spribe, Smartsoft, Spinmatic

That is a recognisable line-up. With Evolution and Spribe listed, titles such as Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette and Aviator are likely, and the June review names Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Dragon Tiger, Aviator and Spaceman. We have not confirmed Andar Bahar or Teen Patti here, so use the lobby search before depositing if those are your games.

Tournaments and battles

Del Oro’s PvP battles let players buy into head-to-head slot contests for prizes, according to third-party reports, and the site has separate tournament and game-tournament sections. These add variety, but they also encourage longer sessions, so decide your stake before joining.

Progressive jackpots are reported as missing. Games score 7.5: a strong provider list on paper, but no published count and little we could verify first-hand. Our RTP and volatility guide helps when choosing between high- and low-volatility slots.

Payments for Indian players

Rupees and crypto

INR is in the site’s currency list, and the site supports multiple balances. The same list includes a long run of cryptocurrencies, among them Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Solana, XRP, Litecoin, Dogecoin, TRON and BNB. What we could not see is the cashier itself. Deposits and withdrawals run through an external cashier that loads only for logged-in players, so we cannot say which methods work with an INR balance.

UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not listed in any source we checked.

Reported methods and limits

DetailReported by third parties
Deposit methodsVisa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, MiFinity, Skrill, Interac, Neteller, Paysafecard, Jeton, local bank transfer, SEPA, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Litecoin, XRP
Withdrawal methodsMostly the same; sources disagree on whether cards are supported
Minimum deposit€10 (some offers €20)
Minimum withdrawal€10 per method
Withdrawal caps€5,000 per transaction, €10,000 per day
FeesNone listed
Withdrawal speed“Instant” after KYC in one place, “up to 3 days” in another

Several of these methods, such as Interac and SEPA, are regional and unlikely to be offered to Indian accounts. For most Indian players, crypto is the realistic route. A low €10 minimum withdrawal is friendly to small balances, if accurate. Expect identity checks before your first withdrawal; one review notes that document requirements grow with the amount withdrawn.

INR listed with no confirmed UPI or Paytm places Del Oro in our INR-only band. Because we could not see the cashier, we score payments at the bottom of that band, 6.0. Our crypto casino guide for India covers networks and fees, and our best UPI casinos list is the place to start if UPI is a must.

Mobile experience

There is no native app mentioned in any source. The site is built as a web app that can be installed to a phone’s home screen, and it loads Telegram’s web-app library, which suggests Telegram access is planned or available; we could not confirm a working Telegram mini-app. Third-party reviews describe the site as HTML5-optimised, with the same bonuses on mobile and desktop.

For crypto deposits on a phone, copy wallet addresses with care and check the network every time. Mobile scores 6.5: slightly above our default for the installable web app, but without an app or a stated mobile feature set.

Customer support

The site’s menu sends “Contact us” to a support-ticket system. Third-party reviews add 24/7 live chat (available once you have an account), email, Discord and Telegram, though one review contradicts itself by also listing “no live chat” as a con. No FAQ page is reported, and we did not find one.

Hindi

The site is available in 16 languages: English, Hindi, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Turkish, Korean, Chinese, German, Italian, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish and Polish. Support languages are not published, so do not assume chat agents speak Hindi. Even so, being able to read the lobby and menus in Hindi is a real benefit; our Hindi casino sites article compares others that offer it.

Responsible gambling tools

We found few self-service tools. Third-party reports say there is a responsible gaming page, and that self-exclusion or account closure is requested through support and can take up to 7 days. Deposit limits, loss limits and time-outs are not mentioned. Registration asks for full name, date of birth, phone and address, and two-factor sign-in is available, which helps with account security.

If you play here, set your own budget before your first deposit and track it outside the site. Our responsible gambling page lists further help. Support scores 7.5: several reported channels and a Hindi site, held back by unconfirmed live chat and no published hours or languages on the site itself.

Our verdict

Del Oro is one of the few crypto-friendly casinos where an Indian player can browse in Hindi and where INR appears in the currency list. The provider line-up reported by reviewers is strong, the reported €10 minimums suit small budgets, and the mix of tournaments, battles and VIP tiers gives regular players plenty to do.

The problem is transparency elsewhere. The bonus itself is clear: a non-sticky 150% deposit bonus up to 1,000 at 35x the bonus, with no maximum bet, though its cashout cap of 10x the bonus (1,000 at most) limits the upside. The cashier and support details are hidden until you register, and the third-party figures we relied on disagree on withdrawal speed. UPI and Paytm are not listed, and self-service limit tools appear thin.

If you want a Hindi-language site and are comfortable with crypto, Del Oro is worth a careful look: register, check the bonus card’s currency and cashout cap, and look in the cashier for INR methods before you deposit anything. If you need UPI, or prefer a casino that publishes its terms openly, our full casino list has better-documented options.
