Overview

Casoo is a space-themed online casino run by TRINK N.V., and its footer describes it as “a Spinwise product”. The site is built around a cartoon galaxy: the loyalty currency is called Glimmer, the levels are planets, and the welcome offer is a “cosmic treasure hunt”. Under the theme, it is a fairly conventional slots-first casino with more than 5,000 games, a four-stage welcome package, weekly cashback and round-the-clock live chat.

For Indian players the picture is mixed. On the positive side, every term that matters for the welcome package is printed on the bonus page itself, which is less common than it should be. Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin are accepted, and the support team is reachable 24/7 through live chat with real people rather than a bot.

On the negative side, there is nothing aimed at India. INR is not a supported currency, UPI and Paytm are not listed, and the site is not available in Hindi. More importantly for game choice, Casoo’s own terms list India among the countries where several major studios’ games are not offered, including Pragmatic Play and NetEnt. That changes what the lobby will look like from an Indian account, so we cover it in detail below.

Our scores follow the rubric on our methodology page, which weights India-specific payments heavily. That rubric is the main reason Casoo’s overall score sits in the middle of the range despite a clean bonus page.

Welcome bonus breakdown

Casoo calls its welcome offer “200% in bonuses & 350 Spins”, spread across the first four deposits. Each stage has its own minimum deposit, wagering and time limit:

The bonus page does not name the slots the free spins are paid on, so check that when you claim each stage.

What the wagering means in practice

Wagering of 25x on deposit plus bonus is the number to focus on. If you deposit €100 and receive the full €100 bonus on the first stage, you need to place €5,000 in bets (25 × €200) before the bonus money can be withdrawn. At the €5 maximum bet that is at least 1,000 spins, and you have only 3 days to do it. That is a heavy schedule for a casual player.

The third stage is lighter at 20x, and the free-spin stages fall from 25x to 15x. Even so, the short window is the main weakness of this package. A player who logs in for an hour in the evening will find it hard to clear a large first-deposit bonus in time. Game contributions and rules to know

Casoo’s general terms add several conditions that apply to all bonuses:

• Slots count 100%, but slots with an RTP of 97.5% or higher count 0%.
• Blackjack, roulette, baccarat, live dealer and jackpot games count 0%, and the terms say roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live and wheel games cannot be played with a bonus at all.
• Video poker and several poker variants count 10%.
• A long list of named slots, including Dead or Alive, Immortal Romance and Jammin’ Jars, cannot be played with bonus money.
• Bonuses are “sticky”: bets are taken from your real balance first, winnings go to the bonus balance, and requesting a withdrawal cancels any active bonus.
• Buying bonus features or using gamble options is not allowed while a bonus is active.
• Paysafecard and other methods without a registered payment account do not trigger deposit bonuses.
• Winnings from no-deposit rewards such as Glimmer, cashback or complimentary spins are capped at €1,000.

Ongoing promotions

Beyond the welcome package, Casoo lists:

• Weekly cashback of up to 30%, credited on losses only. A winning day does not earn cashback the following day.
• Glimmer, a loyalty currency earned by playing slots. It can be spent in the Glimmer shop, and the site says Glimmer rewards are wager-free and never expire. Table games, live games and Evolution titles do not earn Glimmer.
• Infinite progression, a level system where each new “planet” unlocks rewards such as cashback, free spins, wager-free “super spins” and Glimmer.
• Weekend Reload, Weekend Recharge and Tuesday Mystery promotions. These pages did not show their terms to us, so amounts and wagering are not published in what we reviewed.
• VIP benefits including a personal manager, birthday gifts, monthly bonuses and higher withdrawal limits.

The bonus score is 7.0. The terms are clear and complete, which earns credit, but 25x on deposit plus bonus combined with a 3-day window is demanding.

Games and providers

Casoo says it has “5 000+ games”, sorted into slots, card and live games. The studios shown on the home page are Amatic, Big Time Gaming, ELK Studios, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, Thunderkick and Yggdrasil. The terms list many more, including BGaming, Betsoft, Booming Games, Endorphina, Evoplay, Habanero, Playson, Spinomenal, Spribe and Wazdan.

Studios restricted for India

The catch is a section of Casoo’s terms that lists, studio by studio, which countries cannot play each provider’s games. India appears in the lists for:

• NetEnt
• Red Tiger Gaming
• Nolimit City
• Games Global
• Raw Gaming

So although Pragmatic Play and Nolimit City are on the home page, an account registered in India should expect not to see their games. That removes popular titles like Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, both Pragmatic Play slots, from the lobby.

Plenty remains. Evolution, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Thunderkick and Spribe do not list India among their restricted countries in Casoo’s terms. Slots and volatility

Even without Nolimit City and Pragmatic Play, the remaining slot mix leans towards high-volatility games from studios such as Hacksaw Gaming, Big Time Gaming and Push Gaming. These can go long stretches without a meaningful win, which matters doubly if you are working through a 3-day bonus window. The games score is 7.0. The catalogue is large and well-stocked with respected studios, but losing Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Red Tiger is a real gap for Indian players.

Payments for Indian players

This is Casoo’s weakest area for India. INR is not a supported currency, and UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not listed.

Currencies

The terms list EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, PLN, NOK and NZD, plus mBTC, LTC and ETH as account currencies. The main currency of the casino is EUR. An Indian player would therefore be playing in euros, dollars or crypto, and any rupee deposit would involve conversion somewhere along the way.

Deposit methods

The payment methods page lists MiFinity, Skrill, Direct Banking, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum, each with a €20 minimum and a maximum of around €5,000. The home page also shows logos for Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Neteller, Paysafecard, BLIK, bank transfer, Tether and TRON. Which of these you see depends on your country, so check the cashier.

For most Indian players, crypto is the practical route:

1. Buy Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin with rupees on an exchange you already use.
2. Send it to your Casoo deposit address. The terms say Ethereum deposits use ERC20 and that BEP20 is not supported, so match the network exactly.
3. Don’t deposit straight from an exchange account. The terms say third-party crypto deposits, such as transfers from exchanges like Binance, “could have issues”. Move coins to your own wallet first.
4. On your first crypto deposit you must register the wallet address for later withdrawals.

The €2,000 daily cap means a large win would be paid out over several days or weeks. The terms also allow Casoo to cap withdrawals at €500 per week for winnings from welcome-package bonuses.

There are three fee rules worth knowing. Casoo may charge 20% of a withdrawal if you have not turned over at least 3x your deposit on slots (5x on other games). It may charge €25 for a failed withdrawal caused by wrong bank details. And it may charge for switching to a different withdrawal method.

Card withdrawals are unlikely to help Indian players either. The terms say Visa payouts are not supported for cards issued in India, and India is not on the list of countries supported for Mastercard payouts.

Mobile experience

Casoo says you can “play on PC, Mac or Mobile” and that it works “from any device”. No iOS or Android app is mentioned. The site is a modern web app with a mobile layout and a bottom navigation bar, and it includes a web manifest, so you can add it to your home screen from your phone’s browser.

For crypto deposits on a phone, keep your wallet app and the browser open side by side and copy the address rather than typing it. We score mobile at 6.5: browser play is clearly supported, but there is no app.

Customer support

Support is one of Casoo’s stronger points. The site promises 24/7 support and says “No bots here. Our live agents are your cosmic sidekicks. Available night or day.” Live chat is linked from the footer, and email goes to help@casoo.com. VIP players get a personal manager.

Language

The tools are thinner than we would like, and several run through email rather than account settings:

Our verdict

Casoo is a neat, well-run casino with one of the more honest bonus pages we have seen. Every stage of the welcome package shows its wagering, minimum deposit, maximum bet and deadline up front, crypto deposits are supported, and the live chat runs around the clock with human agents.

For Indian players, though, the fit is limited. INR, UPI and Paytm are not listed, so crypto is the realistic route in and out. The terms rule out games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Red Tiger and Nolimit City for India. Withdrawals are capped at €2,000 a day, and the 3-day bonus windows are tight. Fees can apply if you withdraw without enough play.
