Overview

Cashy is a crypto-focused online casino launched with a clear pitch: no wagering on its rewards, no win caps and fast payouts. Its about page says the site was built by former players frustrated with bonus fine print, and the whole site is written in that tone. The operator named at the foot of every page is Gareton B.V., a company registered in Curaçao.

India is not on Cashy’s restricted countries list, so Indian residents can sign up. Like many crypto casinos, though, Cashy has no rupee account. Its fiat currencies are USD, EUR, CAD, NOK, NZD and AUD, and the payments page lists no UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or IMPS. For Indian players, Cashy is realistically a crypto casino: you deposit BTC, ETH, USDT or another coin, play in dollars and withdraw back to crypto.

The pages that do matter are clear. The welcome cashback, VIP rewards and tournaments all show their numbers up front, and Cashy publishes its payout targets. The one muddle is that the bonus terms also describe a traditional first deposit bonus with 40x wagering, which doesn’t match the “zero wagering” message elsewhere.

Cashy doesn’t offer a deposit match on its promotions page. Its welcome offer is a cashback on your first day of play.

You don’t need to opt in or enter a code. Every bet in the 24-hour window counts, on any game, including live tables. Cashback is worked out on your deposited money only. The page’s own example: if your deposited balance is down $200 when the window closes, you get $50 back, and you can withdraw it straight away.

Two points to keep in mind. The figure is based on your position at the end of the window, not your worst point during it. So if you’re down $400 at one stage and recover to down $100, the cashback is $25. And $250 is the cap, which you reach when net losses hit $1,000.

The 40x first deposit bonus in the terms

Cashy’s bonus terms also contain a section on a “first deposit bonus”, which Cashy “may grant at its sole discretion”. It has conventional rules:

We didn’t see this bonus advertised on the promotions page, and it conflicts with the about page’s claim of zero wagering “on every bonus”. Ongoing rewards

• VIP Club: 100 levels in 10 tiers, starting at level 1. Level-up cash rewards rise from $1.50 to $5,000+, with a pool of more than $70,000. All rewards are cash with no wagering, and they expire 7 days after they’re credited.
• Daily rakeback: a share of the house edge from your play, up to 10%, from level 1
• Weekly cashback: up to 20% of weekly net losses from level 10, paid on Fridays
• Monthly, birthday and Christmas bonuses: from levels 20 and 40
• Milestones: cash at every tenth level, ending with a Tesla Cybertruck or $100,000 at level 100
• Slot Royale: a monthly $10,000 slot tournament paying 250 places

Each outcome can be checked through the provably fair page. Aviator itself wasn’t confirmed in the lobby, but the Crash original works the same way.

Cashy says each game page shows the house edge in plain language, which is useful alongside our RTP and volatility guide. Two branded slots, Planet of the Apes and Vikings, can’t be offered in India under the terms.

The home page sets the minimum deposit at $5 with no deposit fees. Cashy says every method’s limits, fees and times are shown in the cashier before you confirm.

Two lines in the terms are worth noting. Cashy keeps the right to pay out substantial wins in monthly instalments, although the payments page says no instalment plans apply. And USD depositors can withdraw only to certain e-wallets, such as MiFinity or MuchBetter. An account with no login for six months can be charged at least €5 a month while it holds a balance.

Mobile experience

Cashy has no app. The live casino page says every live title is fully optimised for iOS and Android without a separate download, and that most live sessions on Cashy happen on mobile. The rest of the site runs in the same browser version.

Mobile scores 6.5: browser play is stated for both iOS and Android, but there’s no app.

Customer support

Cashy says live chat runs 24/7 with a two-minute response target, and that email (support@cashy.com) has a response target of within one hour. The about page also points to Telegram and Discord communities, where Cashy says staff answer questions. The FAQ is brief, covering account set-up, passwords, fairness and missing crypto deposits. Verification (KYC) is done once per account for identity and address, and Cashy advises completing it before your first withdrawal.

Our verdict

Cashy does several things better than most crypto casinos. Its welcome cashback and VIP rewards are paid as cash with no wagering, it publishes its payout speed, and the lobby is huge, with Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live tables including Teen Patti and Cricket Roulette.

For Indian players, the limits are clear too. There’s no INR, no UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, and no Hindi. The welcome offer is modest, needs a $100 first deposit, and the bonus terms still carry a 40x deposit bonus that doesn’t fit the zero-wagering message.
