Overview

Wallacebet is a combined online casino and sportsbook. Its about page promises more than 15,000 games, a live casino, a sportsbook with pre-match and in-play betting, and support around the clock by live chat and email. The site is operated by L.C.S Limited, a company registered in Malta, and you’ll see the same company name at the foot of every page.

India is not on either of Wallacebet’s excluded-country lists, so Indian residents can register. That is about where the India-specific story ends, though. The site runs in euros, the terms quote every limit in euros, and we didn’t find INR, UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or IMPS anywhere on the pages we read. There’s no Hindi version either.

What Wallacebet does well is publish its rules. The welcome package, every weekly reload and the general bonus terms are written out in full, with wagering, minimum deposits, maximum bets and time limits. That makes it easy to work out what a bonus is really worth before you deposit, which is more than many sites in this category manage.

The 30x basis is stated clearly: deposit plus bonus. That is a heavier job than it sounds. Deposit €100 on the first step and you get a €125 bonus, so you need to wager 30 × €225, or €6,750, in slot bets within 30 days. Winning caps

The general bonus terms limit what you can win from a deposit bonus, based on the match percentage. For bonuses of 120–149%, the most you can keep is 8 times your deposit. For 100–119%, it’s 10 times. Anything above that is removed. So a €100 first deposit with the 125% bonus could pay out at most €800. Free-spin winnings are capped at €100 unless an offer says otherwise.

These caps rarely matter for small deposits, but they are worth knowing before you chase a big win with bonus money. There is also a €0.50 minimum bet for wagering to count, which rules out very low-stake play.

Who should skip the bonus

Because live casino games cannot be used to wager a casino bonus, anyone who mainly wants live roulette, Andar Bahar or Teen Patti gets little from the welcome package. Where Pragmatic Play is not available in your country, the free spins are swapped for Betsoft slots. A seasonal Halloween offer was also running when we checked, but it was limited to accounts in EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, BRL, NOK and GBP.

The VIP page invites players by activity, or instantly after a single deposit of €1,000 or more. It promises faster withdrawals, an account manager and personal offers, but doesn’t publish levels or reward rates.

The bonus score is 7.0. The terms are clear and the weekly calendar is generous, but the deposit-plus-bonus wagering, the win caps and the live casino exclusion take a lot off the headline value.

Wallacebet’s about page claims more than 15,000 games. We couldn’t count the whole lobby without logging in, but the providers page listed 45 slot studios when we visited, including:

Pragmatic Play doesn’t appear in the providers list we were shown, but the weekly offers give free spins on Pragmatic slots with a Betsoft fallback “for countries where Pragmatic Play is unavailable”. So Pragmatic titles such as Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza may or may not appear, depending on your country.

The live section lists Evolution, Ezugi, Playtech, LuckyStreak, Pateplay and Eeze. Tables we saw include Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Mega Ball, Dream Catcher, First Person Lightning Roulette, Immersive Roulette, Dragon Tiger Phoenix and several blackjack and baccarat tables. If you play Dragon Tiger or baccarat, those are covered. We didn’t see Andar Bahar or Teen Patti tables in the live lobby page we loaded.

Aviator is named in the terms, in the list of games that don’t count for bonus wagering, but we couldn’t confirm it in the crash section we loaded. That section did include Plinko and mines-style games, which work like the ones in our Plinko and Mines guides.

We score games 8.0: a very large claimed lobby, many well-known slot studios and Evolution and Ezugi live tables, with the caveat that availability varies by country.

Payments for Indian players

This is the weak part for India.

Currencies

Wallacebet doesn’t publish a currency list. Its terms say the available currencies are shown during registration, and that all amounts in the terms are in euros as the base currency. The FAQ adds that you can’t change your account currency once it’s set. We saw no mention of INR anywhere on the site.

The €1,000-per-transaction ceiling we saw means larger wins would need several withdrawals. The terms also allow Wallacebet to charge costs if you deposit and withdraw without betting enough, and an inactive account (no login for six months) can be charged €10 a month while it has a balance.

Mobile experience

Wallacebet doesn’t advertise an app or a mobile-specific offer, and its pages say nothing about iOS or Android. The site is a standard web app that you open in a mobile browser. The bonus terms and limits are the same on mobile and desktop, so you can manage limits and opt into offers from a phone.

With nothing published about apps, mobile scores the rubric default of 6.0.

Customer support

The contact page says live chat runs every day, 24/7, and that you can email support@wallacebet.com at any time. Email support is offered in English, German, Spanish, Norwegian and Finnish. Hindi is not listed, and the site itself is available only in English, German, Finnish, Norwegian and French. Our Hindi casino sites article lists alternatives.

The FAQ is short. It covers account set-up, verification and currency, and sends most account changes (email address, closure) to live chat or email. Verification documents are uploaded in your account settings, and the FAQ recommends doing it early so that your first withdrawal isn’t held up.

Responsible gambling tools

From the account settings you can:

• Self-exclude for a fixed period or indefinitely

Our verdict

Wallacebet is a large, well-stocked casino with one real strength: it publishes its bonus terms in full. You can see the 30x deposit-plus-bonus wagering, the €5 maximum bet, the €0.50 minimum bet and the winning caps before you deposit. The daily promotions calendar is also one of the fullest we’ve reviewed, with live casino cashback at just 1x.

For Indian players, the problems are practical. There’s no INR, no UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, no crypto and no Hindi. Withdrawals we saw were capped at €1,000 a transaction, and the bonuses can’t be wagered on live tables.
