Overview

BetsAmigo is a combined online casino and sportsbook with a colourful, Latin-themed look (the logo even wears a sombrero). Its footer names L.C.S Limited of Ta’ Xbiex, Malta, as the operator. Its about page promises 15,000+ games, a sportsbook with live betting and cash-out, and support by live chat and email.

The strong point is the bonus pages. Every promotion we opened, from the welcome package to the Sunday free spins, has numbered terms with the minimum deposit, wagering, contribution rates and time limits. There’s a different offer for every day of the week, and the Thursday live casino cashback has only 1x wagering.

For Indian players, the problem is money. BetsAmigo works in euros. Every bonus figure is in euros, INR is not mentioned anywhere we could read, and the deposit page we saw listed European methods only. India is not on the list of excluded territories in the terms, so you can register, but you’ll pay conversion costs on each deposit and withdrawal.

Welcome bonus breakdown

The Welcome Casino Package covers your first three deposits. You claim each part by choosing it from the drop-down list on the deposit form; it isn’t added automatically. BetsAmigo also runs a separate sports welcome offer, so pick the casino one if you’re mainly here for slots.

To get the full €750 on the first deposit, you’d need to deposit €600. At current exchange rates that’s a large sum for most Indian players. The €25 minimum is the practical starting point.

The 30x is on deposit plus bonus. For a €25 deposit with a 125% bonus (€31.25), you’d need €1,687.50 in slot bets. Note the minimum bet too: spins under €0.50 don’t count towards wagering, which pushes you towards bigger stakes than many Indian players use. The winnings cap

The general bonus terms set a maximum win from deposit bonuses based on the bonus percentage:

• 200% and above: 3x the deposit
• 150% to 199%: 6x the deposit
• 120% to 149%: 8x the deposit
• 100% to 119%: 10x the deposit
• 25% to 99%: 12x the deposit

So the first and third welcome bonuses (125%) are capped at 8x your deposit, and the second (100%) at 10x. Free-spin winnings are capped at €100 or 3x their value, whichever comes first, unless a promotion says otherwise.

A note on the free spins

The spins are on Bigger Bass Splash, a Pragmatic Play slot. The weekday free-spin offers say that where Pragmatic Play isn’t available, the spins move to a Betsoft game instead, but the welcome page has no such line. Pragmatic Play was also missing from the studio list shown to our checking location. Ask live chat which game your spins will land on before you deposit.

Thursday is the standout: 25% back on live casino losses with only 1x wagering. The Saturday reload is one of the few offers that can be played on live tables, though live wagering contributions are low (roulette 20%, blackjack 10%, baccarat 5%).

There’s also a VIP Club, by invitation based on your activity, with a personal manager, faster withdrawals and tailored offers. The VIP page says a single deposit of €1,000 or more makes you an instant VIP.

We score the bonus 7.0. The terms are clear and the weekly schedule is generous, but the winnings caps, the €0.50 minimum bet and the uncertain free-spin game hold it back.

BetsAmigo’s about page claims 15,000+ games. We couldn’t confirm a count from the lobby, but the studio list it served us named 46 slot and RNG studios:

Pragmatic Play wasn’t in the list served to us, even though several promotions use its slots. Studio lists can depend on your country, so the line-up for an Indian account may be different.

The live lobby showed Evolution, Ezugi, Playtech and LuckyStreak tables. Titles included Crazy Time, MONOPOLY Live, Dream Catcher, Mega Ball, Immersive Roulette, First Person Lightning Roulette, Dragon Tiger Phoenix, Speed Blackjack, Super Speed Baccarat and Gonzo’s Treasure Hunt. A jackpots page shows three in-house tiers (Sensational €50,000, Major €20,000 and Big €10,000). When we checked, two slot tournaments were running: Endorphina’s Witching Five Nights with a €250,000 prize pool and Yggdrasil’s Pumpkin Drop with €30,000.

Payments for Indian players

This is BetsAmigo’s weak spot for India.

Currencies

The terms say the available currencies are shown during registration and that all operations happen in the currency you choose. Every figure on the site, including the bonus terms, withdrawal limits and fees, is in euros, and euros are the base currency. We found no mention of INR. Expect your bank or card issuer to convert every deposit and withdrawal.

The deposit page, as served to our checking location, listed:

Most methods showed a €25 minimum deposit, with maximums from €150 to €25,000. UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS were not listed, and we saw no crypto. The terms state that the methods depend on your country and registered currency, so an Indian account may see a different list. Check the cashier before you plan a deposit.

The €100 minimum on the withdrawal methods we saw is high compared with the €25 minimum deposit. If you deposit small amounts, you’ll need to build your balance to €100 before you can cash out by those methods.

Fees to watch

After six months without a login, an account counts as inactive, and the terms allow a monthly fee of €10 (or the balance, if lower) while money remains in it.

Mobile experience

BetsAmigo is a browser site with a separate mobile layout: a compact logo, a bottom menu for Casino, Sports, Promotions and Search, and game tiles sized for small screens. The official site doesn’t advertise an app, so there’s nothing to install. Adding the site to your phone’s home screen from your browser gives you a shortcut.

The casino, live casino and sportsbook are all reached from the same top menu. Demo mode is available on many slots, which is handy for testing a game on mobile before staking money.

We score mobile 6.0: it works in the browser, but there’s no app and no mobile-specific features are published.

Our verdict

BetsAmigo gets a lot right. The bonus pages are clear, the weekly schedule gives you a reason to come back every day, the 25% Thursday live cashback with 1x wagering is good value, and the lobby mixes well-known slot studios with Evolution and Ezugi live tables. Self-service limits and 24/7 chat are what you’d expect from a well-run site.

It just isn’t built for India. Everything is in euros, INR isn’t listed, and the deposit methods we saw were European cards, e-wallets and vouchers rather than UPI or Paytm. The €0.50 minimum bet on bonuses, the winnings caps and the €100 minimum on the withdrawal methods we saw also make it less friendly to small-stakes players.
